Rules

1. One person one account. Signing up for more than one accounts will result all these accounts being cancelled.

2. Uploading or Posting any images of child(less than 18 years old) pornography, bestiality or other illegal content will cause your account cancelled immediately without notification:

3. Uploading or Posting any copyrighted content is not allowed. All images including copyright watermark are deemed as copyright content.

4. While sharing images or links, the following behevior will cause your account cancelled immediately without notification.
a. Sending spam emails or messages.
b. Generating fake traffic. (i.e. self-clicking or using autosurf software/website/bots)
c. Generating traffic by using hidden frame or image in your page with the "src" point to our image url.

5. All of the images including adult content should be clasified as "Not Safe for Work"(NSFW).
We define 'Not Safe for Work' content as any kind of image/video that content nude human body, or sexual organs description, or sexuality description, or descriptions that may arouse sexual desire. A easy way to judge whether your image is 'Safe for Work' or not is to ask yourself if the image is fit for viewing in office with your colleagues.

6. SharedImages reserves the right to remove any digital content that compromises security of our dedicated servers or use excessive bandwidth.

7. SharedImages staff continously and vigilantly monitors the types of images uploaded to its servers, SharedImages reserves the right to remove any infringing, or child-pornographic, or other illegal image judged by us.

8. Members are eligible to request his/her payment only when the value of his/her traffic quality is more than 6.5.

9. Members are eligible to browse albums of other members only when his/her points from himself/herself is more than 2000.

Though SharedImages has set a strict rules to regulate all the image sharing behaviour and continously and vigilantly monitors the types of images uploaded to its servers, SharedImages is not responsible for the content of any uploaded files, nor is it in affiliation with any entities that may be represented in the uploaded files.
SharedImages will attach importance to your abuse reports, and will take appropriate action within 24 hours!

If You are Reporting Infringement:
A Proper DMCA Notice will notify SharedImages of particular facts in a document signed under penalty of perjury. We refer to this as a "Proper DMCA Notice" To Write a Proper DMCA notice, please provide the following information:

1. Identify yourself as either:
  a. The owner of a copyrighted work(s), or
  b. A person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. State your contact information, including your TRUE NAME, street address, telephone number, and email address.
3. Identify the copyrighted work that you believe is being infringed, or if a large number of works are appearing at a single website, a representative list of the works.
4. Identify the material that you claim is infringing your copyrighted work, to which you are requesting that SharedImages disable access over the World Wide Web.
5. Identify the location of the material on the World Wide Web by providing information reasonably sufficient to permit SharedImages to locate the material.
6. State that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agents, or the law.
7. State that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.
